How Process Works

No two properties are the same. We have found that it is best to include us in your decision of land acquisition as early in the process as possible. Bring us your own property or we can help you find one.

Throughout the process, we work with your overall budget in mind. Once we establish the land portion of the budget, it allows us to customize your floor plan from our library of home designs or start from scratch.

We will start by identifying a lot and advising on the best location and type of foundation for your home. With proper planning this can be a wonderful way to save money on construction costs. Our in-house design team will assist in customizing a floor plan to fit your needs and desires or present you with one of our many award winning floor plans. When floor plan layout is complete, we will work with you to make interior and exterior finishes selections. Our detailed and efficient pre-construction process allows us to have every detail complete before constructions starts.
